摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the cellular immune function in patients with psoriasis receiving BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid combine with UVB phototherapy.Methods Ninety patients with psoriasis were randomly assigned in three groups:30 patients received UVB phototherapy (control group 1),30 patients received BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid (control group 2) and 30 patients received BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid combine with UVB phototherapy (study group).The therapeutic effect and cellular immune function of three groups were compared.Results The effective rate of study group (93.33%) were higher than those in control group 1 (70.00%) and control group 2 (66.66%)(P<0.05).The CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ levels were significantly increase (P<0.05),and the CD8+ level was significantly decreased after treatment in all three groups (P<0.05),while those indicators in study group were improved more significantly than other two groups (P<0.05).The PASI scores in three groups were significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05),while the score in study group was improved more significantly than two control groups (P<0.05).The recurrence rate of study group was lower than that in two control groups (P<0.05).Conclusion BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid combine with UVB phototherapy can reduce psoriasis area and severity,improve the cellular immune function in patients with psoriasis.
