社区高血压合并糖尿病患者的血压控制情况及影响因素分析
Blood pressure control and its influencing factors in community hypertensive patients complicated with diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective To survey the blood pressure control in community hypertensive patients complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods Total 672 hypertensive patients with diabetes were registered and managed in communities of Dongyang city from October 2011 to July 2016.The status of blood pressure control among these patients was surveyed and the related influencing factors were analyzed.Results The overall blood pressure control rate was 18.2％,and there were no significant differences among patients with different gender and age.The control rate in patients with high salt was poor,while regular exercise and compliance with doctor's advice were the protective factors of blood pressure control.Conclusion There are certain effects of community management on blood pressure control in hypertensive patients with diabetes,but the community management should be further strengthened and improved.关键词
