眼底动脉硬化与脑梗死复发的关系研究
Correlation of ocular fundus atherosclerosis with recurrence of cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation of ocular fundus atherosclerosis with the recurrence of cerebral infarction.Methods Seventy one patients with cerebral infarction were enrolled in the study.Based on MRI findings the patients were classified as incipient cerebral infarction (n=36) and recurrent cerebral infarction (n=35),and 34 healthy subjects served as normal controls.The prevalence of hypertension,diabetes,heart disease,fundus atherosclerosis,and the blood glucose and lipids levels were compared among three groups.The correlation of fundus atherosclerosis with the recurrent cerebral infarction was analyzed,the risk factors of fundus atherosclerosis were also analyzed.Results The prevalence of hypertension,diabetes and heart disease in recurrent cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that in incipient cerebral infarction group and normal control group (P＜0.05).The fasting plasma glucose (FPG),TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C levels in incipient group were significantly lower than those in recurrent group(P ＞0.05).The FPG and TC levels in cerebral infarction patients were higher than those in normal control group (P＜0.01).In the recurrent cerebral infarction group,the prevalence of ocular fundus arteriosclerosis disease of all grades were higher than that in incipient cerebral infarction group and normal control group (P＜0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the recurrence of cerebral infarction was associated with fundus atherosclerosis grade Ⅲ;and also showed that high blood pressure,diabetes were independent risk factors of ocular fundus atherosclerosis.Conclusion The recurrence of cerebral infarction is correlated with ocular fundus atherosclerosis.关键词
