原发性高血压老年患者高尿酸血症的影响因素研究
Influencing factors of hyperuricemia in elderly patients with hypertension

Abstract
Objective To study the influencing factors of hyperuricemia in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods Ninety seven elderly patients with essential hypertension were enrolled from our hospital on March 2015 to February 2016,including 53 patients complicated with hyperuricemia (study group) and patients without hyperuricemia (control group).The blood uric acid,total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG) and fasting glucose (FPG) levels,body mass index (BMI),waist circumference (WC) and waist to hip ratio (WHR) and other indicators were measured and compared in two groups.The correlation of hyperuricemia with above indicators was analyzed with logistic regression analysis.Results The mean levels of TC,TG and FPG in study group were significantly higher than those in control group(all P＜0.05),while there were no significant differences in BMI,systolic blood pressure,diastolic pressure,WC and WHR between two groups (P ＞0.05).Logistic regression analysis results showed that the TC,TG levels,BMI index,WC and WHR were influencing factors of hyperuricemia in elderly patients with hypertension (P =0.041,0.039,0.036,0.008,0.029).Conclusion The TC,TG,BMI index,waist circumference and waist to hip ratio are influencing factors of hyperuricemia in elderly patients with hypertension.关键词
