Abstract
Objective To study the treatment efficacy of three therapeutic schemes against Human Papillomavirus (HPV)-induced cervical,and to provide scientific evidence for the HPV treatment.Methods 1500 cases of cervical HPV infection were observed in Fuyang District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from 2011 to 2014.The cases were divided into three groups,group A treated with recombinant interferon plus Baofukangshuan,group B with recombinant interferon alone,and group C with no medicine used.They were tested for HPV six months later after treatment.The demographic information and risk factors were collected.SPSS16.0 were used to compare the treatment efficacy among the three groups.Results The total efficiency of group A was 84.40％,higher than groups B 62.00％ and group C 27.00％(P＜0.01).Treatment efficiency of HPV 16 (58.68％) was of no statistical difference compared to the HPV 18 (58.59％) and other types (56.68％)(P＞0.05).Conclusion Cervical HPV infection treatment with interferon plus Baofukang is effectively,and it is worthy of application.关键词
