Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of partial cold stimulation combined low-middle intensity exercise on immune function in preschool children.Methods Eighty two preschool children in kindergarten were randomly divided into study group(42 persons) and control group(40 persons).Children in both groups participated in normal exercise,those in study group received additional intervention of partial cold stimulation combined low-middle intensity exercise.The serum levels of IgA,IgG,IgM and CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ T lymphocytes were measured and compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results The levels of IgA,IgG,IgM and CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ T lymphocytes in study group were higher than those before the intervention (P<0.05).The levels of IgM and CD3+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes in control group were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences in the levels of IgA,IgG and CD4+T lymphocytes before and after intervention (P >0.05).Conclusion Partial cold stimulation combined low-middle intensity exercise can improve the immune function of preschool children.关键词
