摘要

Abstract

The laminated composite, i.e. Ti1Li3Al4 layered double hydroxides/delayed coke(DC) composite adsorbent (Ti1Li3Al4/xDC, x is the ratio of Ti1Li3Al4-LDHs and DC) was prepared by co-precipitation method and their CO2 adsorption capacity was discussed. The layered structure, micromorphology, thermal stabilities and surface function group were characterized using X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), thermogravimetric-differential scanning calorimeter(TG-DSC) and Fourier transform infrared(FTIR).The effects of the proportion of DC and Ti1Li3Al4-LDHs and calcination temperature on the CO2 adsorption properties were studied. The results show that when x=3 and calcined at 600 ℃, the Ti1Li3Al4/3DC exhibits the highest CO2 adsorption capacity (58.2 mg/g). In addition, its adsorption stability is also good after 10 cycles.
