Abstract

Objective:To research the effect on the content of chlorogenic acid in Loincerae Japonicae Flos processed by commonly used pesticides imidacloprid,acetamiprid,triadimefon,which can control diseases and pests,and to provide reference for the rational use of three pesticides.Methods:A field experiment was conducted.The filed plots were sprayed with different concentrations of three pesticides,and the flowers were picked after 2 hours,1,2,3,5,6,7,9,10 and 12 days of the application of the pesticides.The pharmacopoeia method was used to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in the samples,and then the results were analyzed by statistical method.Results:Compared with the blank group,the content of chlorogenic acid in the samples with different concentrations of imidacloprid and acetamiprid was increased,while in the samples with different concentrations of triadimefon it was reduced.The impacts of three pesticides on the content of chlorogenic acid were increased with the increasing dose administration.Except the low dose group of acetamiprid,other administration groups all had a significant effect on the content of chlorogenic acid.Conclusion:Imidacloprid and acetamiprid can promote the accumulation of chlorogenic acid in Loincerae Japonicae Flos.However,triadimefon inhibits it.Therefore,we should pay attention when we use them.
