Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Huangqi granules on CARAS and its influence on serum Th1,Th2 cytokines.Methods:110 children with CARAS were given Budesonide aerosol by nose-suction treatment,and 55 cases were added Huangqi granules at the same time as a treatment group,and others were as a control group.The levels of serum IFN-γ,TNF-β,IL-4 and IL-5 were detected before and 10d after treatment,and FEV1 and PEF were measured.Clinical effect and adverse reactions were observed.Results:After treatment,in the treatment group the levels of IFN-γand TNF-β were significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05),while IL-4 and IL-5 were significantly lower than those in the control group(P ＜0.05).FEV1 and PEF were significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05),and the clinically control rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).There were no obviously adverse reactions in two groups.Conclusion:Huangqi granules can regulate Th1/Th2 cells expression of children with CARAS effectively,and suppress the inflammatory response and improve the lung function,which is effective,safe and reliable.关键词
