当归拈痛汤加减联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的随机对照研究
Randomized Controlled Study of Danggui Niantong Decoction Combined with Methotrexate in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Danggui Niantong decoction combined with methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and the influence on serum IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α.Methods:80 cases of patients with active rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.In the treatment group 40 cases were treated by Danggui Niantong decoction combined with methotrexate therapy,and in the control group 40 cases were treated by methotrexate for the treatment.After 3 months of the treatment,the clinical efficacy and the effect on IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α in serum were observed.Results:After treatment,in the treatment group the total effective rate was 90.00％,and in the control group the total efficiency was 70.00％.In two groups before and after treatment the serums IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05) After treatment in the treatment group the serums IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α were more significantly reduced,with a significant difference compared with those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Danggui Niantong decoction combined with methotrexate can reduce serum IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α levels of rheumatoid arthritis at active stage,and can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of further promotion.关键词
