功能化二硫化钼/聚酰胺复合材料的制备及性能研究
Preparation and properties of functionalized MoS2/polyamide-6 composites
摘要
Abstract
Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) was exfoliated by Li+ intercalation method.The exfoliated MoS2 was functionalized with cysteamine to obtain MoS2-NH2.The PA-g MoS2 was synthesized via ring-opening polymerization using ε-caprolactam initiated by MoS2-NH2 and characterized by FT-IR,XRD and XPS.The functionalized MoS2/polyamide composites (MPA) were fabricated via a simple melt compounding method.The thermal and mechanical properties of MPA were characterized by DSC,TGA and DMTA,which indicated that the thermal stability of PA was improved apparently with the increase of PA-g-MoS2,while the mechanical property was decreased.关键词
