Recent progress of aggregation-induced emission materials
摘要
Abstract
The fluorescence of traditional organic optical functional materials usually weakens or quenches in condensed state which greatly limits the practical use of these materials.The compounds with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) property can modulate the intensity of the fluorescence by adjusting the molecular constituents, structure and stack morphology, which makes up the shortcomings of traditional optical functional materials, and greatly expands the scope of practical applications, such as light-emitting diodes, solid laser, chemo/bio-sensors etc.This article focuses on the mechanisms for the AIE phenomenon, such as restricted intramolecular rotation, restricted intramolecular vibrations, restricted intramolecular motion, intramolecular coplanarization and J-aggregation.In addition, some AIE systems were studied based on the composition and structure of molecules.关键词
