定数截尾样本下Lomax分布的统计分析
Statistical analysis from Lomax distribution under type-II censored sample
摘要
Abstract
Firstly, maximum likelihood estimation of the parameters was discussed from Lomax distribution.Secondly, the confidence interval of another parameter, failure rate and reliability was given when one of the parameters was known.Finally, hypothesis test of two parameters has been carried on respectively, given the rejection region, and related results were obtained through an example.关键词
