针刺内关穴对慢性心力衰竭小鼠心肌损伤的保护作用
Protective effect of acupuncture Neiguan point on myocardial injury of chronic heart failure mice

Abstract
Objective To observe the protective effect of acupuncture Neiguan on myocardial injury of chronic heart failure mice.Methods 45 SPF mice were randomly divided into control group, model group and treatment group, with 15 for each.Chronic heart failure model was established by intraperitoneal injection of isoproterenol hydrochloride.Treatment group was given acupuncture and intraperitoneal injection of isoproterenol hydrochloride 30 min after for 4 weeks.Control group and model group were bounded to a fixed without other treatment.Myocardial morphology changes were observed under optical microscope, CK-MB, CK, LDH, AST and U/L were detected by enzyme rate method.Results Damages of myocardial tissue were decreased and inflammatory cell infiltration were improved in treatment group, compared with model group.Activity of CK-MB, CK, LDH and AST were reduced in treatment group compared with model group with significant differences (P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture on the point of Neiguan could significantly improve the damage of myocardial tissue and inflammatory infiltration, and the method can effectively prevent the damage on myocardial cell caused by isoproterenol hydrochloride in chronic heart failure mice.关键词
