Thermal simulation of lithium ion battery module
摘要
Abstract
Thermal behavior plays an important role in the overall performance of lithium ion battery.It is of great significance to study the heating effect on the practical production.Based on COMSOL simulation platform,a three-dimensional thermal model of 3 x 3 modules was established to quantitatively analyze the temperature distribution under the condition of 5 C discharge current.It is shown that the module temperature decreases gradually from inside to outside,and the highest temperature concentrates in the center area;the intemal temperature rises gradually with the discharge going on,and the temperature difference is in the controllable range inside the module.When the heat transfer coefficient is 10 W/(m2· K),the battery can normally work under the discharge condition of 5 C.关键词
