摘要

Abstract

On the basis of the output characteristics of photovoltaic cells,the mathematical model of photovoltaic practical engineering was given.A simulation mode of photovoltaic cell was established by using Matlab.The output characteristics was analyzed under different intensities of solar radiation and different ambient temperature.The maximum power point tracking (MPPT) model was established via the improved perturbation and observation method,and combined with the Buck-Boost circuit,the control signal was obtained by PWM in order to change the output voltage of the photovoltaic cells,achieving good tracking of photovoltaic systems best work points and providing valuable reference for further study of the entire PV and micro-grid system.
