摘要

Abstract

The global warming is currently a severe issue all around the world,and CO2 receives much attention as one of the leading greenhouse gases,especially for its steadily increasing concentration in the atmosphere.Metal-CO2 batteries represent an alternative approach towards clean recycling and utilization of CO2,which can balance the release of CO2 into the environment with the increasing wodd energy demand.After a systematic review of the development process and current status about metal-CO2 batteries,the challenges and perspectives were discussed towards the future development.
