Design on New-typed Alcohol-based Fuel Combustor and Simulation on Its Combustion Characteristic Numerical Value

Abstract
ANSYS FLUENT 16.0 software was adopted for numerical simulation based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) on the new-typed alcohol-based fuel combustor.Simulation results indicates that ignition distance is moderate, flame formation is good which is a kind of stable flame at 1 100~1 400 K (827~1 127 ℃) on the combustor nozzle and temperature distribution is uniform.Secondly, the air nozzle deviates from the axis which makes formation of swirling flow, simulation effect is obvious which is in favor of pulverization and ignition of fuel.Thirdly, the law of speed field is in accordance with structure design for the combustor which embodies good symmetry.From this, the results theoretically explain reasonability of the design on this new-typed combustor which will provide important theoretical guidance and technical assurance for popularization and application of this typed combustor.关键词
