摘要

Abstract

Yearly and monthly direct transaction is an important characteristic of current round electricity system reform, and as constrained conditions for monthly plans formulating, transacted electricity quantity contract of the unit is required to be finished rigidly.Therefore, on the premise of comprehensively considering constrains to future monthly electricity balance, power grid security and generator operation, it is an important problem in electricity system reform for dispatching departments to conduct precise monthly security checking on electricity quantity transaction contracts and analyze performance of contracts.Thus, this paper presents security checking mode, model and method for electricity quantity adaptable to monthly direct transaction which can be used to quantitatively analyze performability of monthly transacted electricity quantity contracts and realize precontrol on performance of electricity quantity on the premise of satisfying security constrains to power grid operation and based on close-loop consideration of optimized kernel for power grid security constrains.Testing on one provincial power grid in China verifies effectiveness of the proposed mode, model and method.
