CIM-based Description Model for State of Wind Power Plant Oriented Wind Storage Combined Generation System

Abstract
Common information model (CIM) defined in IEC 61970 series standards as well as packages and classes of the model have certain limitation due to there are no relevant contents about wind power.Therefore, this paper summarizes basic contents about IEC 61400-25 protocol for wind power plant modeling standard and establishes a CIM-based description model for state of wind power plant oriented wind storage combined generation system so as to describe classes and properties as well as their interrelation.This model includes three modules of wind power generator system, energy storage system and wind power forecast system.In the Rational Rose platform, application such as establishment and round trip engineering of this CIM model is carried through.关键词
