基于负荷区间电价激励的电动汽车充放电调度控制策略
Charging and Discharging Scheduling Control Strategy for Electric Vehicles Based on Price Incentive of Load Interval

Abstract
In order to fully take advantage of mobile energy storage characteristic of electric vehicle (EV) and realize vehicle-to-grid (V2G) , this paper presents a kind of ordered charging and discharging scheduling control strategy for EV.On the basis of analyzing time-space feature of EV, it presents control architecture for EV.It divides power grid load into different load intervals and formulates different electricity price for different load intervals so as to stimulate EV participate in power grid scheduling and introduce load rate for evaluating effects of EV participating in power grid scheduling.Finally, it uses PSCAD software for simulating verification on the proposed strategy and results indicate this strategy is effective and feasible.关键词
