姑息照护模式对晚期肺癌患者生活质量的影响
Influence of palliative care on life quality in patients with advanced lung cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of palliative care on life quality in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods:200 patients with advanced lung cancer treated in our hospital from May 2015 to September 2016 were enrolled and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 100 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group received palliative care,while those in the control group received conventional nursing care.The quality of life was evaluated by using General Quality of Life Inventory (GQOLI-74).Results:After the intervention,the GQOLI-74 scores in the observation group were higher than those before intervention and the control group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Palliative care could improve the quality of life in patients with advanced lung cancer,which was worthy of clinic application.关键词
