Abstract
Objective:To analyze the circular corneal fluorescein staining scores in teenagers patients with refractive errors among different accommodation.Methods: 166 teenagers patients with refractive errors were randomly selected, they were divided into myopia group (-0.50~-10.50D), hyperopia group (+0.50~+5.50D) and normal group, in 0min, 15min and 30min, using the circular corneal fluorescein staining scores to observe the fluorescein of the cornea.Results: With the inhance of the observation time, the accommodation time and range, the circular corneal fluorescein staining scores became more and more (P<0.05).Conclusion: With the changing of the accommodation time and range of teenager patients with refractive errors, the circular corneal fluorescein staining scores became more and more, the stability of teenagers refractive error patients'tear film descended.关键词
