Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the fatality rate in patients with coronary artery bypass grafting and influences factors and evaluate the clinical efficacy of coronary artery bypass surgery and long-term follow-up.Methods: 275 patients were telephoned follow-up, who were conducted the coronary artery bypass grafting in department of cardiac surgery, The Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from Jan 2006 to Dec 2010.The patients with postoperative deaths, complications, and analysis the correlation between them were recorded to evaluate the clinical efficacy in patients with coronary artery bypass grafting operation.Results: In the actual follow-up of 275 cases, the death patients in perioperative and postoperative patients were 16 and the fatality rate was 5.92%.The complications were less and the higher fatality rate was in patients with several severe basic diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension and heart failure.Conclusion: The coronary artery bypass grafting has a better long curative effect in patients and the more significant treatment upon patients without basic diseases.The present study suggests that the coronary artery bypass grafting is one of the effective means in treatment of coronary heart disease.关键词
