儿童难治性肺炎支原体肺炎危险因素分析

Abstract
Objective:To study the risk factors of children's refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(RMPP).Methods:The clinical data of 343 cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP) from June 2012 to June 2013 were retrospective analyzed.The risk factors of RMPP were investigated using univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Result: Univariate analysis showed that five factors were related with RMPP:fever lasting more then seven days(OR=1.710,P<0.05), complication diseases(OR=36.458,P<0.01),Chest CT (more than two-thirds of lung lobe) (OR=1.796,P<0.05)、CRP≥40mg/l(OR=18.935,P<0.01)、MP-IgM≥1:1280(OR=20.494,P<0.01).Multivariate logistic regression showed that complication diseases(OR=57.906,P<0.01)、CRP≥40mg/l(OR=28.877,P<0.01)、MP-IgM≥1:1280(OR=14.642,P<0.01)were the independent risk factors for RMPP.Conclusions: RMPP is caused by many factors,among which, complication diseases、CRP≥40mg/l、MP-IgM≥1:1280 are the independent risk factors.关键词
