中西医结合治疗小儿毛细支气管炎临床研究
Clinical Study on Treatment of Infantile Bronchiolitis with Integrative Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Integrative medicine in treatment of infantile Bronchiolitis with Phlegm and Heat Obstructing Lung Syndrome and the effect on their immune function.Method:Seventy cases of children patients with Bronchiolitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given aerosol inhalation of terbutaline and budesonide,bid,for 7 ds.In addition to that of the control group,the treatment group was also treated with Dingchuan decoction (3 times/d,for 7 ds).The extinction time of coughing,asthma and lung rale of both groups were compared.Scores of symptoms and the clinical efficacies of both groups were also compared.Besides,the serum levels of T-lymphocyte subsets CD3 +,CD4 + and CDs + were detected of the two groups.Results:The extinction time of coughing,asthma and lung rale of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,PaO2 and SaO2 of the treatment group were significantly higher,while PaCO2 and symptoms score were significantly lower than that of the control group respectively (P ＜ 0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.14％,which was significantly higher than that (77.14％) of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of CD3 + and CD4 + of the treatment group were significantly higher,while CD8 + was significantly lower than that of the control group respectively (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of the Integrative medicine in treatment of infantile bronchiolitis with Phlegm and Heat Obstructing Lung Syndrome is significantly satisfying and the up-regulating of the immune function may play an important role during the process.关键词
