二术清胃汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎临床研究
Clinical Study of Erzhu Qingwei Decoction in Treatment of Chronic Superficial Gastritis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Erzhu Qingwei Decoction in treatment of Chronic superficial gastritis with Spleen-stomach Damp-heat Syndrome and the influence of the decoction on the serum levels of cyclooxygenase (COX)-2 and gastrin (Gas).Methods:66 cases of patients were randomly divided into control group (31 cases) and observation group (31 cases).The control group was treated with one Selbex capsule,3 times a day.In addition to that of the contml group,the observation group were treated with Erzhu Qingwei Decoction (1 dose/d).Both groups were treated and observed for 8 weeks.Scores of symptoms,patients' life quality and the treatment effect were compared between two groups.The serum levels of COX-2 and Gas were detected in both groups.Results:After treatment,the symptom scores such as distention and fullness of belly,dry throat and bitter taste in mouth,reduced appetite and anorexia,tiredness and sleepiness and nausea of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group,while patients' life quality was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.01).The clinical efficacy of the observation group was 93.94%,which was significantly superior to that (69.70%) of the control group(P < 0.05).The serum levels of COX-2 and Gas of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment (P < 0.01).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Erzhu Qingwei Decoction in treatment of Chronic superficial gastritis with Spleen-stomach Damp-heat Syndrome is satisfying and it can significantly increase the erum levels of COX-2 and Gas.关键词
