摘要

Abstract

In order to obtain the various properties of X100 high strength pipeline steel pipe circumferential weld welding joint,based on analyzing the chemical composition and mechanical properties,the tensile strength,low temperature impact toughness,hardness,CTOD and HIC of welding joints were analyzed on X100 pipeline steel combined with the selected welding process.The results indicated that X100 high strength pipeline steel possesses good weldability,the various properties indicators of welding joint meet the requirement of pipeline safe operation,and the selection of welding material,welding method and the process parameters can be used for the welding on site.
