摘要

Abstract

In order to meet the DEP 31.40.20.37-Gen (2010) standard of Shell and the SSC requirements of X65MS steel grade SAWL pipe under the condition of acid service in PDO SP2041 additional technical clauses of Oman Oil Company (2011),it should strictly control steel composition,smehing,rolling,steel pipe forming,welding and SSC test whole process;combined with the test,the influence factors of SSC performance were analyzed.Calculating load stress of SSC test samples according to the actual yield strength,strictly control the upper limit of steel pipe yield strength.In addition,it should strictly control sample preparation and test process,can fully meet the SSC performance indicators.
