Abstract
The screw-on-off torque is an important factor of improving the performance of oil casing thread connection,in order to detect the screw-on torque and increase the screw-on quality,it analyzed the influence of sensor accuracy,the whole machine accuracy,acquisition accuracy and other factors on screw-on torque,and the contrast experiment was carried out for four groups sample tubes(two kinds of specifications).The results showed that the discreteness and inaccuracy of screw-on torque were reduced by changing the calibration method and sampling frequency.Finally it suggested should adopt 6 or more jaws screw-on,uniformly clamping coupling,and modulate back-up wrench in a horizontal position to carry out screw-on-off,can improve the quality of the screw-on,and ensure the strength of the oil casing thread connection.关键词
