膨胀波纹管抗外挤强度的影响因素分析
Influence Factors Analysis of Expansion Bellows Collapse Resistance Strength

Abstract
In order to find out the influence factors of expansion bellows collapse resistance strength, the ABAQUS finite element software was used to simulate the expansion bellows collapse resistance strength; the effects of the non-roundness, wall thickness of the bellows and the diameter of the wellbore on the collapse strength of the bellows were studied. The results showed that the non-roundness and the wall thickness have a great influence on the collapse strength of expansion bellows. With the decrease of the non-roundness of the bellows, the collapse strength of the bellows increases rapidly. The greater the wall thickness of the bellows the greater the collapse strength; In addition, increasing the borehole diameter for bellows applications can effectively improve the expansion performance of bellows and reduce the non-roundness of the bellows after expansion, but the large diameter wellbore reduces the collapse strength of the bellows after expansion.关键词
