摘要
Abstract
In order to study the influence of multi-wire SAWL pipe weld appearance on HAZ impact energy, in this article, it analyzed different zone microstructure and toughness distribution rule of SAWL pipe welded joint. Concluded that because of different weld macro appearance of HAZ specimen groove, the proportion of impact test specimen groove on weld, HAZ and base metal were not identical, caused unstable HAZ impact energy. The test results showed that to get the stable weld macro appearance, should strictly regulate and standardized operate from the groove preparation, forming process, welding technology, operation and other aspects.关键词
