旋覆代赭汤加减治疗反流性食管炎研究进展
Research Progress of Reflux Esophagitis Treated with Inula and Hematite Decoction
摘要
Abstract
Reflux esophagitis (RE) is a chronic and difficult disease requiring long-term and life-long treatment.The current western medicine is mainly with effects of promoting gastric motility and inhibiting acidity but can not solve the reflux problem radically.The disease often recurs among most patients after the drug withdrawal.In recent years,we have accumulated rich experience in the treatment of this disease with Chinese medicine and achieved satisfactory therapeutic effects.However,many defects exist in the diagnosis,treatment and research of this disease,and there is no an unified and well-recognized diagnostic standard.Therefore,we explore the etiology and pathogenesis according to the diagnostic criteria and characteristics of the symptoms,and put forward the diagnostic and syndrome-differentiated methods and criteria corresponding to the clinical practice to enrich and develop the advantages of Chinese medicine in the treatment of RE,discover the experience of ancient people,search for effective formulas,make good scientific and research design of clinical treatment,and improve the diagnostic and therapeutic levels of the treatment of RE.关键词
