中药塌渍法治疗急性期周围性面神经炎临床研究
Clinical Research on peripheral facial neuritis at acute stage Treated by Hot Compress of Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Objective:To observe the cliuical effects of hot compress of Chinese medicine on peripheral facial neuritis at acute stage.Methods:Totally 80 patients with peripheral facial neuritis at acute stage treated in this hospital between January 2013 and December 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomized into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.Control group were given conventional treatment while observation group were added with hot compress of Chinese medicine,10d as a treatment course.The clinical effects and improvements of the scores of facial nervous function and TCM symptoms in both groups were evaluated;the adverse reactions in both groups were closely observed during treatment.Results:The effective rate was 68.5％ in control group and 87.5％ in observation group;observation group were superior to control group and the difference has statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The improvement of the grading of facial nervous function in observation group was markedly superior to that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The TCM symptoms score was (7.53 ± 2.1) in control group and (5.22 ± 1.3) in observation group;the symptom score of observation group was obviously lower than that of control group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜0.05).There was no adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion:Hot compress of Chinese medicine has significant therapeutic effects on peripheral facial neuritis at acute stage with good safety.关键词
