电针联合体外冲击波治疗创伤性桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of electroacupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy on traumatic stenosing tendovaginitis of radial styloid.Methods:Totally 36 patients with traumatic peritendinitis of tendoachilles treated in this hospital between January 2013 and March 2015 were randomized into shock wave group,electroacupuncture group and combination group,12 cases in each group.Shock wave group were given extracorporeal shock wave therapy,electroacupuncture group were given electroacupuncture treatment,and combination group were given electroacupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy.Results:The VAS score in combination group was superior to that in either electroacupuncture group or shock wave group (P ＜0.05).The effective rate was 100.00％ in combination group,83.33％ in electroacupuncture group and 91.67％ in shock wave group;combination group were superior to the other two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy has significant therapeutic effects on traumatic stenosing tendovaginitis of radial styloid.关键词
