西黄胶囊治疗轻、中度癌性疼痛临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Xihuang Capsules on mild and moderate cancer pain.Methods:Totally 60 patients with mild cancer pain were randomized into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Control group were given Celecoxib Capsules while treatment group were given Xihuang Capsules.Totally 64 patients with moderate cancer pain were randomized into treatment group and control group,32 cases in each group.Control group were given Tramadol Hydrochloride Capsules while treatment group were additionally given Xihuang Capsules for the treatment.The clinical effects,life quality,the onset time of pain checking and duration of the effects in each group were observed.Results:Among patients with mild cancer pain,the effective rate was 83.3％ in treatment group and 86.7％ in control group;there was no statistical difference (P ＞0.05).The onset time of pain checking was (4.26-0.81) h in treatment group and (1.43 ±0.67) h in control group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.01),but there was no difference in duration of pain checking in both groups (P ＞0.05).The difference in life quality efficacy had no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).Among patients with moderate cancer pain,the effective rate was 84.4％ in treatment group and 65.6％ in control group;with statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).The onset time of pain checking was (39.11-± 9.65) min in treatment group,lower than (45.36 ± 9.44) min in control group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The duration of pain checking was (10.52-± 1.58) h in treatment group and (9.56 ± 1.55) h in control group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜0.05).The difference in life quality efficacy had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Xihuang Capsules can be singly applied to mild cancer pain with relatively long onset time and few adverse reactions.For moderate pain,Xihuang Capsules combined with analgetics of western medicine can enhance the effects of checking pain,shorten the onset time,prolong the duration of pain checking and enhance the patients' life quality.关键词
