补肾强筋胶囊治疗围绝经期及绝经后期膝骨性关节炎临床研究
Clinical Research on Permenopausal and Postmenopausal Knee Osteoarthritis Treated with Kidney-Tonifying and Blood-Activating Prescription

Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of Kidney-Tonifying and Blood-Activating Prescription on permenopausal and postmenopausal knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Totally 76 patients with permenopausal knee osteoarthritis treated in the department of orthopedics in this hospital between January 2014 and September 2015 were as observation group A,and 95 patients with postmenopausal knee osteoarthritis were as observation group B.Both groups were given Kidney-Tonifying and Blood-Activating Prescription for the treatment.The activity ranges,improvements of VAS and therapeutic effects of different syndromes were compared between the two groups.Results:The differences of activity ranges and VAS of both groups between before treatment and after treatment had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05);the differences between the two groups had no statisticad significance (P ＞ 0.05).The therapeutic effects on the TCM symptoms indicated that there was no significant difference between syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency and syndrome of static blood blockage (P ＞ 0.05);the therapeutic effects on these two syndrome were superior to that on wind-cold-damp arthralgia (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Kidney-Tonifying and Blood-Activating Prescription has excellent therapeutic effects on permenopausal and postmenopausal knee osteoarthritis.关键词
