消银颗粒联合复方曲安奈德樟脑乳膏、卡泊三醇软膏治疗血热型银屑病临床观察
Clinical Observation of Psoriasis of Blood Heat Pattern Treated with Xiaoyin Granules Combined with Compound Triamcinolone Camphor Emulsifiable Paste and Calcipotriol Ointment

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Xiaovin Granules combined with Compound Triamcinolone Camphor Emulsifiable Paste and Calcipotriol Ointment on psoriasis of blood heat pattern.Methods:Totally 120 patients with psoriasis of blood heat pattern treated in this hospital between October 2012 and December 2014 were randomized into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group.Control group were treated with Compcund Triamcinolone Camphor Emulsifiable Paste and Calcipotriol Ointment while treatment group were added with Xiaoyin Granules for oral administration.Results:The effective rate was 93.33％ in treatment group and 75.00％ in control group;treatment group were superior to control group (P ＜ 0.01).After treatment,the scores of PASI,irritability,itching,dry mouth and throat and stools in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyin Granules combined with Compound Triamcinolone Camphor Emulsifiable Paste and Calcipotriol Ointment has definite therapeutic effects on psoriasis of blood heat pattern.关键词
