中药内服外敷联合超声介入聚桂醇注射硬化治疗甲状腺囊肿的疗效观察
The Clincal Observation of Thyroid Cyst by Internal and External Chinese Medicine Combined Percutaneous Lauromacrogol Injection Sclerotherapy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy internal and external Chinese Medicine combined percutaneous lauromacrogol injection sclerotherapy in treatment of thyroid cyst.Methods:The 64 cases of thyroid cysts patients were were randomly divided into treatment and comrol groups,32 patients in each.The patients were treated by ultrasound intervention lauromacrogol injection sclerotherapy in the control group,and internal and external Chinese Medicine combined with ultrasound intervention lauromacrogol injection sclerotherapy in the control group in treatment group.The cavity volume changes,effect,the level of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and liver and kidney function were evaluated and compared.Results:In two weeks,one month and three months after treatment,the treatment group showed lower cavity volume than the control group,and the difference is statistically significant (P＜0.05).In one month and three months after treatment,the treatment group showed higher efficiency and cure efficiency than the control group,and the difference is statistically significant (P＜0.05).The difference on TSH,renal related indicators and liver function related indicators showed no statistically significance after 3 months of treatment (P＞0.05).Conclusion:The application of internal and external Chinese Medicine combined percutaneous lauromacrogol injection sclerotherapy can provide good efficacy on thyroid cyst.关键词
