Abstract
The derailment of counterweight is one of the commonest types of failure in elevator seismic damages.In order to study the dynamic responses of counterweight-rail system in earthquakes,a vibration test of a full scale model of counterweight-rail system has been carried out on shaking table,and an FEM simulation has been performed using ANSYS.The simulation results are in good agreement with test data,which has verified thc validity of the finite element model.According to the test and numerical simulation,the following conclusions have been obtained:the strain responses of the guide-rail are larger than that of the bracket;the strain response of the flange of the guide-rail is smaller than that of the venter of the guide-rail,the strain response at the upper guide shoes of guide-rail is bigger than the rest part of the guide-rail;the contact forces and relative displacements between the guide-rail and the upper guide shoes are bigger than those at the lower guide shoes.关键词
