脑源性神经营养因子相关基因与创伤后应激障碍患者的人格特征关联性
Relationship between Brain-derived Neurotrophic Factor-related Genes and Personality Traits of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder Patients

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the association between BDNF,PKB1,GSK - 3B and PRKCG gene polymor-phisms which in the BDNF main conduction pathway and the Eysenck personality in the post-traumatic stress dis-order(PTSD)rehabilitation population,and explore the effect of single gene and combined effect on personality.Meth-ods:114 cases of posttraumatic stress disorder were selected strictly according to the inclusion criteria.PTSD was used to diagnose and personality traits were measured by EPQ(Eysenck Personality Questionnaire).The single nu-cleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)of BDNF,PKB1,GSK-3B and PRKCG genes were detected by polymerase chain re-action(PCR)direct sequencing.Results:In this study,we detected six SNPs of BDNF,PKBI,GSK-3B and PRKCG, which were BDNF rs6265,rs712444,PKB1 rs2494746,rs2494738,GSK- 3B rs6782799 and PRKCG rs3745406 by Hardy-Weinberg genetic balance test.The personality of PTSD patients after clinical recovery showed no significant difference.The SNP genotype distributions accorded with the Hardy-weinberg genetic balance(P >0.05)in the total samples.The samples were representative of the population.Conclusion:BDNF rs6265,BDNF rs712444,PKB1 rs2494746,PKB1 rs2494738,GSK-3B rs6782799,and PRKCG rs3745406 locus may not be associated with person-ality measured after clinical recovery in patients with PTSD.关键词
