医学生心理弹性现状及其影响因素
Survey of Resilience and Its Influencing Factors among Medical Students

Abstract
Objective:To explore the present situation of medical students'resilience and its influencing factors,so as to provide reference basis for mastering the mental health status of medical students and improving the level of re-silience.Methods:Totally 1173 medical university students were surveyed with the Resilience Scale for Adults(RSA). The data was analyzed with SPSS 17.0 software.Results:The total score of the medical students'resilience was(4.03 ±0.39)points.Psychological average elastic all dimensions from high to low in turn order were family cohesion,self-efficacy,structured style,social skills and social resources.The girls were significantly higher in the scores of fami-ly cohesion(t =-4.251,P < 0.001 )and self- efficacy(t =-1.995,P < 0.05 )than boys.The boys were significantly higher in the scores of social skills(t =2.486,P <0.05)than girls.The non-only-child were significantly higher in the scores of self-efficacy than the only child(t =-2.065,P <0.05).The only child were significantly higher in the scores of social skills than the non-only-child(t =2.765,P <0.01).There was significant difference in the scores of social skills(t =2.785,P <0.01)between urban and rural residence.There were significant difference in the scores of the resilience(F =3.478,P <0.05 ),family cohesion(F = 2.659,P <0.05 )and social skills(F = 2.832,P <0.05 )a-mong different age stages of medical students.There was no difference among different grades of medical students(P>0.05).Conclusion:The resilience of medical students is in the medium level.Gender,whether it's only child,the resi-dence of family and age have certain influences on resilience.We should actively carry out targeted mental health edu-cation and promote the growth of medical students'mental health.关键词
