摘要

Abstract

Through the homogenization treatment for the as-cast AZ80 magnesium alloy with different process technologies.this paper analyzed and compares the microstructure,XRD and hardness.The results show that the holding temperature and time have great influence on the extent of 3 phase dissolved into the matrix and it plays an important role in material properties after the homogenization treatment.After the comprehensive consideration of the composition distribution and hardness,it comes to the conclusion that the optimal parameter is 380 ℃x20 h,which is used to treat the AZ80 magnesium alloy.
