铸态AZ80镁合金均匀化处理工艺研究
Research on Homogenization Treatment of AZ80 Magnesium Alloy in Cast Condition
摘要
Abstract
Through the homogenization treatment for the as-cast AZ80 magnesium alloy with different process technologies.this paper analyzed and compares the microstructure,XRD and hardness.The results show that the holding temperature and time have great influence on the extent of 3 phase dissolved into the matrix and it plays an important role in material properties after the homogenization treatment.After the comprehensive consideration of the composition distribution and hardness,it comes to the conclusion that the optimal parameter is 380 ℃x20 h,which is used to treat the AZ80 magnesium alloy.关键词
