Dynamic Analysis of Spindle of Plane Miller for Carbon Block Based on ANSYS
摘要
Abstract
Based on ANSYS for FEA software,this paper establishes the finite element model of plane miller spindle for carbon block.Through its dynamic analysis,the first five natural frequencies and mode shapes of the spindle are given,and the response curves are also obtained by analyzing the harmonic response of the spindle.The analytic result shows that the resonance can not appear in its operation.Furthermore,its weakness is at the former bearing point.The theoretical basis is provided for the spindle design.关键词
