Abstract
The configuration and scheduling of automatic production line has great effect on the cycle time of the process.The cycle time and scheduling are usually got by manual calculation which is a complex process.Its correctness can't be certified before debugging the physical production line.It takes up our long time to modify and debug it repeatedly.This paper uses Emulate3D to conduct the 3D dynamic simulation of schedule and sequence of PBS reservoir in GA workshop and uses JavaScript to program the control system.It aims to simulate and optimize the production scheduling of the assembly line,verify reservoir size and sequencing algorithms,so as to guide the practical operation and improve the production efficiency.关键词
