摘要

Abstract

According to the basic concepts of fracture mechanics for small cracks,this article analyzes the main causes of the cracks appearing on oil or gas pipe surface,uses the finite element software,ANSYS workbench15.0 to establish a three-dimensional solid model of pressure pipes,and then,conducts the mechanics calculations,obtains the K Ⅰ,K Ⅱ,and KⅢ intensity factors and J integral and does the quantitative analysis of the stress field strength of the crack tip region.The data support is provided for piping crack research.
