摘要
Abstract
Automatic drilling and riveting system is widely used for Boeing and Airbus to improve the quality of the holes and the connection structures,the fatigue life capability and assembly efficiency and accuracy.But in the process of application of the automatic drilling and riveting system in China's aviation manufacturing enterprises,there are problems of unable to parse the corresponding drilling and riveting error and low programming efficiency.This article does application research on a certain type of aircraft wing panel.According to the actual state of free degree of the each device and location information,the CNC code is generated for attitude control,and then the measurement system is started doing real-time measurement and feedback of the aerodynamic outline of the panel and the position and orientation of the panel meets the requirement of the location accuracy.关键词
