Optimization of the layout of gas drainage drilling holes in the lower layer
摘要
Abstract
In order to determine the reasonable layout of the drilling holes in the lower layer,and improve the effect of gas drainage by drilling hole in the lower layer,this paper adopted theoretical calculations and Flac3D simulation,and studied the mining process floor failure regularity of working face 205 in TingNan coal mine.According to the theoretical calculation,the critical layer position of gas drainage drilling is 6m below the floor.The drilling holes below this level are at the risk of collapse.Same results were obtained through numerical simulation.Coal shear and tensile failure occur 4m below the floor,and mostly shear failure occurs 6m below the floor;coal mass 8m under the floor is not obviously affected and the elastic deformation is small.The results of study show that the kilometer drilling hole placed 6m below the bottom can maintain long-term effective drainage under stratified coal gas.According to the engineering test on the layout of kilometer drilling hole,better drainage result was obtained,which realized the optimization of kilometer directional drilling hole position.关键词
