煤堆开挖过程失稳破坏塌滑机理与模拟分析
Simulation analysis of instability of landslide of the coal heap in the process of excavation
摘要
Abstract
In order to prevent the instability of landslide of the coal heap in the process of excavation,construction machinery and personnel injury,and cause safety accidents,this paper analyzed the characteristics of stress and strain of coal particle granular mixture,and instability mechanism of the coal heap in excavation process.And according to these characteristics,excavation process of coal heap was simulated based on PFC3D of particle flow.For instance,a set of excavation process was put forward,and divided into eight conditions,and gave particles figure,displacement figure and CForce figure after the excavation stability.Simulation results show that the deformation of the pile in excavation process can be divided into three stages:working condition of 1 ~ 3,working condition of 4 ~ 6,working condition of 7and 8.They represent the stable stage,the transition stage and the instability stage separately,and the deformation characteristics are described.This study proposed that the coal excavation should be in transition stage,namely the coal excavation height should be between 9.4 m and 16.45 m.关键词
