超声挤出制备聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯/膨胀石墨复合材料及其结晶和分散形态
Ultrasonic Oscillation Induced Morphology and Property Development of Polyethylene Terephthalate/Expended Graphite Composites
摘要
Abstract
PET/EG composites is being prepared via ultrasonic extrusion technology.Then,structure evolution of composites is being examined in different ultrasonic powers and the effect of ultrasonic irradiation on melting and crystallization behavior of composites.The results show that the ultrasonic irradiation can reduce the size of the EG particles and make the dispersion of PET matrix more uniform.Due to the nucleation effect of particles,the crystallization temperature and crystallinity of PET/EG composites have been improved.After the introduction of ultrasound,the crystallization temperature of the composites is being improved.The analysis of TGA results shows that the thermal stability of PET/EG composites can be improved by ultrasonic irradiation.关键词
